Management Team

Frank Jackson
President & CEO
Frank is one of the founders of the company. Frank has over 17 years of experience in high technology industries and in leading the on-time development and introduction of new products, services and software systems. Prior to founding Easytrieve.com, Frank served as Vice President of Marketing with Global Telecom. Previously, Frank was Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Support at PointServe, a software company that builds Internet home service portals. Frank has also held management and executive positions with Atlas Telecom, United Parcel Service's Advanced Technologies Group and Motorola. Frank has a BS in Mathematics from the University of Washington and completed graduate work in Applied Mathematics at the University of Colorado.

Ed White
Vice President of Technology/Operations
Ed is one of the founders of the company, and is responsible for building and managing Easytrieve.com's operational infrastructure. Ed has almost 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and in successfully managing technology related organizations. Ed was formerly co-founder and Vice-President of Engineering of PointServe and recently he served as Director of Business Intelligence Systems at Micro-Electronics and Computer Technology Corporation (MCC). Earlier in his career Ed was a Systems Engineering Manager for United Parcel Service and he also co-founded a DoD related company (TTG) in Dallas where he served as Vice President of Operations. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and began his career as an engineer with ElectroCom Automation developing technology for speech compression and OCR applications.

Steven White
Vice President of Information Services
Steve is one of the founders of the company and responsible for all internal and external computer and network infrastructures. Formerly, Steve was founder and president of N2Technologies, an Information Technology consulting firm. N2Technologies specializes in designing and instantiating complex information systems to support intranet and Internet data retrieval, publishing and knowledge management. Steve has extensive experience in Internet technologies ranging from ISP construction, web site design, portal construction and infrastructure configuration to host and client management services. Prior to N2Technologies, Steve served as an industry consultant in the computing and information technologies industries. Steve is Microsoft certified.
